Integrated Massage Session
60 mins $90 / 90 mins $125 at the time of service.
In these sessions, I create a targeted treatment plan to address your goals, whether it be for relaxation support, effective injury rehabilitation, or chronic pain/symptom management. I draw on Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular Therapy, and Swedish modalities and may incorporate aspects of Sports Massage or Craniosacral Therapy into each session.

Appointments are 2 hours and 15 minutes long, enough time to give and receive an hour massage.

Making massage accessible
At this time, I am offering two sliding scale slots for folks wanting to manage their chronic pain and/or chronic illness with bi-monthly massage appointments. This is open to those on a fixed or low income who wouldn’t otherwise be able to afford regular massage therapy.
