Integrated Massage Session

60 mins $100 / 90 mins $150 at the time of service.

In these sessions, we create a targeted treatment plan to address your goals, whether it be for relaxation support, effective injury rehabilitation, or chronic pain/symptom management. Your therapist will incorporate modalities such as Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular/Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial, and Swedish.

We are currently in network with the following health insurance plans. If you wish to bill your health plan, please contact us after you schedule your appointment so we can get you set up.

Making massage accessible

At this time, I am offering two sliding scale slots for folks wanting to manage their chronic pain and/or chronic illness with bi-monthly massage appointments. This is open to those on a fixed or low income who wouldn’t otherwise be able to afford regular massage therapy.
